NGO of the Year for Peace Effort (2004)

In recognition and appreciation of the continuing efforts rendered through the joint undertaking of fifteen (15) Humanitarian and Civic Assistance missions benefiting a great number of individuals from the various communities in Luzon and Mindanao.  Unmindful of the risks, OBFI members manifested exemplary and noble commitment and involvement by going to ISO-priority communities to render free medical services and other community development activities.

NGO of the Year for Peace Efforts (2002)

In grateful recognition for its unstinted support and kind assistance extended to the Armed Forces of the Philippines during the conduct of twelve (12) separate Humanitarian Assistance missions in forty-seven far flung communities and military camps that benefited 70,000 individuals.
